Shipping policy

We offer the option to pay online and pick up in store for all orders within the Hermosillo area , in addition to insured shipping to the entire Mexican Republic. After placing your order, delivery will be scheduled in 1 to 3 business days.

This is to make our logistics more efficient so if you require your delivery on any other day you can use the other options we offer, whether shipping outside the city or picking up at our branch. The free shipping option for shipments within the Mexican Republic only applies to orders over $5,000.00 + VAT and will only be delivered on business days from Monday to Friday, there is no flexibility in the delivery day for this service.

All orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

If your order arrives after business hours, it will be processed the next business day for a delivery schedule of 1 to 3 business days.

Note: If you placed your order with the payment method "Bank deposit", "Bank transfer or SPEI" and "Deposits in Paypal or Conekta", it will be processed until the payment is confirmed after you have sent your receipt.
